What it is.
In this project, we partnered with a $200M enterprise client to redefine their brand strategy and identity from the ground up, aligning it with future growth and market positioning goals.
What we did.
We approached the project through a data-first lens, beginning with in-depth competitive market research and qualitative stakeholder interviews to gather key insights into organizational values, market perception, and audience behaviour. These interviews formed the backbone of a comprehensive brand research report shaping their brand strategy and informing every phase of the project. We tracked project health using performance metrics, ensuring deliverables were “on brief” and data-aligned.
My responsibilities
• Coordinated and managed all phases of the brand strategy and identity design project
• Directly managed communication with the client’s executive leadership team
• Produced and organized presentation decks, meeting agendas, summaries, and outlined next steps
• Monitored and maintained project health, including timelines and deliverables
• Conducted qualitative stakeholder interviews created a competitive landscape research report
• Assisted in the coordination and tracking of internal marketing projects
